HORSEWHISPERER USA STABLE. Update Monday 8th October 2012

The two 2yo fillies are training down well at the stables at Melbourne Ontario.

Both horses are getting ready for the opening of Western Fair the local half mile track, we will take them down a similar route as last year same plan as                    OLDFRIENDSKENTUCKY.

Only difference will be is Windsor raceway has closed will take it one stage at a time.

SGT NEIL GREEN BERET 2yo filly Pacer

She started off real slow but as the summer has gone on has rapidly improved …. hitting all the right times on the training track she will have a couple of schooling races then be entered in a conditions race at Western Fair and take it from their.

Son of Whosurboy (OLDFRIENDSKENTUCKY our 3yo … is also sired by him) who won $1.8 million the hard way and out of a VILLAGE JIFFY mare. Village Jiffy made $1.5 million on the track winning two Breeders Crowns. The mare raced only once.

Percentage of winnings will go to Green Beret charities. Sgt Neil was killed in action in Afghanistan up in the mountains doing what he loved.

He had just visited my son who serves in the British Army to see if he was ok and was tragically killed on the way down the mountain by an AED his family whom I know love horse racing and hail from New Jersey cant think of a better way in repaying these hero’s.

HRRN       2yo filly Pacer

Took to the track like an old pro is down to around 2.04 and thats in a training bike.

She is out of BLISSFULL HALL  (won $1.4 million on the track)  winner of the iconic Little Brown Jug also out of an APACHES FAME ( won $1.7 million) mare like OLDFRIENDSKENTUCKY .

Same approach as  the other 2yo filly they have worked together for a year and will go to the track together. She will run for the Thoroughbred disabled jocky’s trust.

OLDFRIENDSKENTUCKY   3YO Gelding Pacer

Had his ups and downs but on the whole an excellent year won five races one at Woodbine clever horse still growing lots more to come …. he is in the field enjoying the indian summer back on the track come November looking at taking him to Woodbine to race. A percentage of his winnings goes to Oldfriendskentucky a retirement farm for old race horses in Georgetown Kentucky.

ZORGWIJK JADE  5YO Broodmare Trotter.

She is in foal to WINDSONG ESPOIR who won $765,000 on the track. Jade is out of MR LAVEC won $947,000 on the track top trotting sire.

We have a yearling out of IAM A FOOL ( $1.3 million earned on the track) will start racing in the new year.

Also a weanling out of PONDER ( $1.6 million won on track … recorded a time of 1.48.1 also won half a million in the Canadian pacing derby).
